A nipple (1) for spoked wheels comprising a shank (2) in which is provided an at least partly threaded hole (10) which is capable of having screwed into it a corresponding threaded end (6) of a spoke, and a cup-shaped seat (13) provided as an extension to the hole and designed to receive a thread-locking liquid (14) to immobilise the spoke screwed into the nipple.
