COMPUTER-ASSISTED LANGUAGE LISTENING AND SPEAKING TEACHING SYSTEM AND METHOD WITH CIRCUMSTANTIAL SHADOW AND ASSESSMENT FUNCTIONS

PURPOSE: A listening and dictating education system using a computer with dictating and evaluating functions for scenes is provided to combine listening/dictating education functions with ability evaluating functions in an education process, so that a learner can improve listening/dictating abilities through repeated listening/dictating/evaluating processes. CONSTITUTION: An input control device(110) enables a learner to control an operation of an education process. A scene database(130) stores all scene education contents. A test device(120) selects the scene education contents from the scene database(130), so that the learner can dictate and be tested with regards to characters and pronunciation based on the scene education contents. A reproduction device(140) reproduces a sound according to settings of an education system(100) and the operation of the education process. A display device(150) displays conditions and a script. A recording device(160) records a dictated sound.
