PURPOSE: Provided is a water-curable polyurethane casting sheet comprising a novel lubricant additive, which gives excellent lubricating property with no excessive adhesion force, when applied to a patient, and solves the problems related with a conventional lubricant. CONSTITUTION: The water-curable polyurethane casting sheet is obtained from a water-curable urethane prepolymer composition comprising a lubricant additive represented by the following formula 1: wherein R is a C1-C25 alkyl group, and M is an alkali metal. The water-curable urethane prepolymer composition is applied on a knitted fabric to provide a casting sheet used as a support for a bone fracture site.
