METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING KNOWLEDGE DATA BY AN OPERATOR'S INPUT IN A NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CONCERNED WITH PREVENTING SERVICE MONITORING CONFUSION CAUSED BY A FALSE ALARM AND IMPROVING A SERVICE QUALITY
PURPOSE: A method for optimizing knowledge data by an operator's input in a network management system is provided to quickly reflect network environment changes recognized by an operator on knowledge data, thereby preventing service monitoring confusion caused by a false alarm and improving a service quality. CONSTITUTION: An operator inputs information on an event(S401). When an event generation day is started(S402), an INMS(Integrated Network Management System) applies a traffic increase/decrease rate to knowledge data in ordinary times with regards to corresponding network elements, and calculates the knowledge data by day and time zone of the network elements for an event period(S403). When an event end date comes(S404), the INMS restores the knowledge data for the network elements to the ordinary times(S405).
