PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to a technique for processing an expense report, more specifically capable of automatically processing an expense report by an agent.;SOLUTION: This method for processing an expense report comprising: a step for receiving one or more transaction identifiers related to expense reports requesting payback for one or more transactions by an expense report agent and each corresponding to one of the one or more transactions; a step for automatically requesting transaction information corresponding to the one or more transaction identifiers from one or more retail systems; a step for receiving the transaction information given in a machine-readable format from the one or more retail systems; a step for inserting the transaction information in the expense report for requesting payback for the one or more transactions; and a step for evaluating the expense report by the expense report agent for determining the payback.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
