PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that damage such as the wrong use of a credit card or the withdrawal of a deposit without recognizing it by a bank book theft occurs frequently.;SOLUTION: This system is used for a method for protecting a person from this kind of crime through a cellular phone presently possessed by every one. All the information of use by the credit card is annunciated to the cellular phone of an owner. In addition, all of the deposits/withdrawals to/from a bank account are annunciated to the cellular phone of an account owner.
