PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature dry warehouse for providing low humidity air by small electric power without lowering the temperature more than necessary.;SOLUTION: An air duct 16 is incorporated with a dehumidifier 11 having the reversible moisture absorbing-releasing function, an air blower 12 for ventilating air to the dehumidifier 11, a heating means 13 for raising the temperature of air passed through the dehumidifier 11, and a cooling part 28 of Peltier element 14 for cooling the air passed through the dehumidifier 11; and is constituted in an outer shell 15; and constitutes a dehumidifying passage having a suction port 17 and a blowout port 19 communicating with the inside of a drying chamber 1 with the air duct 16 as a passage, and a regenerating passage having a suction port 18 and a blowout port 20 connected to the outside of the drying chamber 1 with the air duct 16 as the passage.
