PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose the expansion of selectivity of a temperature-sensitive material allowing a temperature-sensitive pellet type thermal fuse's operating temperature, or thermal deformation temperature to be adjusted and preventing trouble of deformation or modification even if it is exposed to a severe external environment; and to provide a low-cost thermal fuse that provides a wider range from which an operating temperature is selected, improved insulation resistance after operation, faster response speed in operation, and enhanced strength of the thermal pellet.;SOLUTION: This temperature-sensitive pellet type thermal fuse is composed by housing the temperature-sensitive pellet 3 using a thermoplastic resin of a polymer substance for the temperature-sensitive material in a metal case 1 of an envelope along with a spring member's strong and weak compression springs 6 and 8 by adjusting its thermal deformation temperature by a temperature setting means, and by hermetically sealing them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
