PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bringing hanging bell-like grilled dumplings with bits of octopus to spherical grilled dumplings with bits of octopus when eating.;SOLUTION: A method for producing spherical grilled dumplings with bits of octopus comprises freezing hanging bell-like grilled dumplings with bits of octopus, and putting the plane side of the grilled dumplings with bits of octopus into an almost hemispherical recessed mold and heating with a microwave oven when eating. A wrapped material of spherical grilled dumplings with bits of octopus is obtained by turning down the plane side of hanging bell-like grilled dumplings with bits of octopus and putting in a heatproof container having an almost hemispherical recessed mold followed by freezing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
