PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which brings about initial pop up for an automobile deck by a gas spring.;SOLUTION: A gas spring 27 for exerting toward an initial pop up position 34 for initial opening with an arm 20 toward a vehicle closing member 14 is provided; the arm 20 has a first segment 28 attached in a turning manner to the gas spring 27 and a second segment 30 bringing into contact with to the vehicle closing member 14. By the exerting force given to the gas spring 27, the second segment 30 of the arm 20 is brought into contact with the vehicle closing member 14 and the arm 20 is rotated around a turning shaft 22 as the center of rotation so as to move the vehicle closing member 14 in the preferable initial pop up position 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
