PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform time correction of two or more appliances without requiring a repeater, and moreover to correct also even the present time by clocking of an appliance not equipped with the function of a radio controlled watch.;SOLUTION: A standard electric wave (standard time code comprising a remote control code) is received and stored (S101), and along with correcting the present time this corrected present time is displayed in a display section 204 (S102). Whether the remote control code to be received by dividing it into a plurality of times is all received is determined (S103). When the code is all received (S103:YES), whether a manual transmission switch is operated is determined (S104). When the switch is operated, time information corresponding to the time code and remote control information corresponding to the remote control code are transmitted outside (S105).
