PURPOSE: A method for cooking steamed goose fish with sprouts of Phaseolus radiatus is provided, thereby harmonizing healthful efficacy of goose fish and sprouts of Phaseolus radiatus, so that the taste and function of food can be improved. CONSTITUTION: The method for cooking steamed goose fish with sprouts of Phaseolus radiatus comprises the steps of: (a) cutting the abdominal region of goose fish, removing intestinal organs, cutting the goose fish, spraying salt to the pieces of goose fish and slightly drying it to prepare goose fish, inserting the prepared goose fish, Styela clava, Auricularia auricula, sprouts of Phaseolus radiatus and water into a vessel, and heating the mixture at 900 to 100 deg. C for 10 to 15 minutes; (b) reducing the heating temperature, adding seasoned soy sauce containing pulverized Welsh onion, pulverized garlic, pulverized ginger, red pepper powder, sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce and sweet potato starch into the heated mixture and slightly heating the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes; and (c) adding fresh parsley, sesame oil and salted sesame into the heated mixture.
