PURPOSE: An electric seat controlling device of a vehicle is provided to improve the safety and commercial value of a vehicle by preventing the damage on a vehicle and the injury on a passenger by automatically stopping the positioning of a seat. CONSTITUTION: An electric seat controlling device of a vehicle comprises guide rails(100) fixed on a floor panel of a vehicle, a seat frame(200) consisting of a guide support(210) placed on the guide rail and a drive motor(220) rotatably placed on the guide rail and connected with a seat, a switch(300) controlling the power supplied to the drive motor of the seat frame, and an overload detecting unit(400) connected between the switch and the drive motor and cutting off the power supplied to the drive motor when an overload is detected.
