PURPOSE: Ramyun(ramen) as Chinese noodle having a specified shape for the consumer to easily pick up with eating utensils such as chopsticks or forks is provided. The ramyun permits easy operation of the eating utensils by the consumer, thereby improving its convenience. CONSTITUTION: Noodle strings(11,12) are adjoined each other to form a polygonal shape, a round shape, an oval shape, an "S" shape or the like. The consumer can insert chopsticks or forks into the space part(14) of the noodle strings without difficulty and eat the noodle strings with ease.
