PURPOSE: A flat panel display device including a poly-crystal silicon TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is provided to satisfy electrical characteristics required for the flat panel display device by making the number of a grain boundary, included in an active channel region of a switching TFT, different from the number thereof included in that of a driving TFT when amorphous silicon is crystallized. CONSTITUTION: A switching TFT(10) transfers a data signal. A driving TFT(20) drives an organic electro-luminescent device so that a certain amount of electric current can flow through the organic electro-luminescent device in response to the data signal. The average number of a grain boundary, formed in an active channel region of the driving TFT and met a direction line of the electric current, is more than that of the grain boundary formed in the active channel region of the switching TFT and met the direction line thereof.
