PURPOSE: A multi-layer coating film structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve improved conductivity by removing oxygen through the plasma treatment performed on the coating film formed on the panel of a cathode ray tube. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multi-layer coating film structure comprises a ceria grinding step(S410), a ceria removing step(S420), a pure water washing step(S430), a drying step(S440), a coating film forming step(S450), a deoxygenation step(S460), a spray coating step(S470), a water repellent film treatment step(S480), and a baking step(S490). The deoxygenation step for removing oxygen from layers is performed after formation of at least one layer of multi-layers.
