The nut (30) fits in a hole (26) through a plate (25), having a flange (3) pressed against the latter from the installation side, together with a hook (5) snapping into engagement behind the other side. A screw (27) engages in a bore in a nut (4) which is pressed towards the flange. This is done by a spring support (39, 40), which brings it against the plate, compensating for variations in thickness of the latter, the nut and the flange. The latter can be in plate form, while the nut is provided with the hook. Alternatively, the flange can be in segments, each with a hook. The flange can form a sleeve enclosing the nut, and stops can be provided on both, limiting axial movement.
