FIELD: agricultural techniques.;SUBSTANCE: in a method, which can be used for intensification of production of sterile mycelium of edible mushrooms, mycelium is couched on a nutritive medium prepared from wheat grains, gypsum, and chalk, to which medium dimethylsulfoxide solution of diacetophenonyl selenide as growth stimulator is added after sterilization of medium at 120°C and pressure 1 atm for 1.5 h followed by cooling to 22-25°C.;EFFECT: reduced (by 4-7 days) sprouting time.;1 tbl
