CHITOSAN AQUEOUS SOLUTION FOR GROWTH PROMOTION OF ARTIFICIALLY CULTIVATED MUSHROOM, CHITOSAN-MIXED MUSHROOM BED, AND MUSHROOM CULTIVATION METHOD USING CHITOSAN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom growth promoting chitosan aqueous solution, and a mushroom bed and a mushroom cultivation method each using chitosan itself as a matter of course, and chitosan containing mineral and a small amount of elements, with respect to an aqueous solution, a mushroom bed and a cultivation method each applying chitosan to mushrom cultivation, especially with respect to cultivation of mushroom to be cooked in a raw fresh condition. PSOLUTION: The chitosan aqueous solution 4 and an inorganic element-enriched chitosan aqueous solution 4a each having ≤100 ppm concentration of chitosan 1 or inorganic element-enriched chitosan 1a obtained by mixing and enriching the chitosan 1 with inorganic elements 2 are each provided. A chitosan aqueous solution mushroom bed 5' obtained by mixing or impregnating a mushroom bed main material 6 with the chitosan aqueous solution 4 and a chitosan powder mushroom bed 5'' obtained by mixing the mushroom bed main material 6 with powder only of chitosan itself are each provided. An inorganic element-enriched chitosan mushroom bed 5a obtained by mixing the mushroom bed main material 6 with the inorganic element-enriched chitosan 1a, an inorganic element-enriched chitosan aqueous solution mushroom bed 5a' obtained by mixing or impregnating the mushroom bed main material 6 with the inorganic element-enriched chitosan aqueous solution 4a, and an inorganic element-enriched chitosan powder mushroom bed 5a'' obtained by mixing or impregnating the mushroom bed main material 6 with the inorganic element-enriched chitosan 1a are each provided.
