PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eating and drinking type hair growth-promoting agent that can promote the hair growth. PSOLUTION: This gray hair-suppressing composition includes soybean extract and collagen as essential components. In addition to these soybean extract and collagen, an extract of Chinese pepper is also added to prepare another gray hair-suppressing composition. In another case, an extract of Panax ginseng is added to another composition including soybean extract, collagen and an extract of Chinese pepper to obtain another gray hair suppressing composition. The solution including these compositions are fermented with Bacillus natto and the resultant fermented solution is used as a component. In these compositions, a collagen obtained from tilapia is used. These compositions are used to provide Gray hair-suppressing cosmetics.
