MATTE COATING AGENT, PLASTIC LABEL AND CONTAINER WITH LABEL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic label showing excellent matting property as well as smoothness, scratch resistance (rubbing resistance), blocking resistance on heating and heat resistance. PSOLUTION: The plastic label 1 has a coating layer 3 formed on at least the surface of a base material 2 in the side not in contact with an object for sticking. The surface of the coating layer 3 shows 50 specular gloss at 60 angle according to JIS K5400. The friction coefficient of the outer surface in the coating layer 3 side is 0.5 against the outer surface of a similar plastic label in a coating layer 3 side. When two sheets of the plastic labels are stacked with the outer faces of the coating layers 3 in contact with each other, and pressurized under 0.38 MPa pressure at 65C for 180 seconds, the peeling strength is specified to 0.2 N/15 mm.
