PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated management system and an integrated management method for foreigners, which easily sort out supplied information, and support procedure for forced deportation up to law enforcement.;SOLUTION: The integrated management system for foreigners includes: an foreigner information table 500 for storing foreigner information including the names, sexes and the like of foreigners; and a supplied foreigner information table 510 for storing supplied information including the supplied names, sexes and the like of foreigners and the number of times that the information was supplied, and for managing foreigners on the basis of the supplied foreigner information. The system includes a supplied information managing part 200 that sets different internal factors individually for different items such as the names, sexes and the like of the foreigners included in the supplied foreigner information and that compares the supplied names, sexes and the like of the foreigners with the names, sexes and the like of the foreigners stored in the foreigner information table 500 so that, if the names, sexes and the like match, the managing part calculates internal factors by adding together the individually set internal factors, stores the resulting internal factors in the foreigner information table 500, and sends to a regional immigration bureau the supplied information whose internal factor stored has exceeded a predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
