PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound giving an electrophotographic receptor having high sensitivity and high durability and useful for laser printer, shutter printer, etc., by introducing a specific bisazo structure into a fluorenone. ;SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by formula I {R1 is a halogen, nitro, OH, a (substituted) alkyl, etc.; K1 and K2 are each a coupler residue containing OH having coupling potency; (m) is 0-4}, e.g. 2-{2-[4-({3-[N-(2- chlorophenyl)carbamoyl]-2-hydroxyl-1-naphthyl}azo)phenyl]vinyl}-7-{3-[N-(2- chlorophenyl)carbamoyl]-2-hydroxyl-1-naphthyl}azofluorenone.
