PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage container for tablets or the like which does not leave a medicine in the container so as not to inadvertently discharge it when the container is mounted on/dismounted from a medicine selective feeder.;SOLUTION: The medicine storage container is mounted on a medicine storage container carrier 2 to discharge a medicine such as tablets received in a medicine magazine 16 according to the instruction of the medicine selective feeder. The container is so constituted that, when mounted on the carrier 2, a medicine aligning roller 25 is rotated by a rotary driver of the carrier 2 and the medicines such as tablets received in the magazine 16 are introduced into a medicine arrangement path 24 and individually discharged from an opening 13 to the medicine selective feeder. A restraining means is provided for restraining the rotation of the roller 25 when a storage container body 1 is not mounted on the carrier 2, wherein the restraining means is an elastic body having an end fixed to the container body 1 as a fulcrum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
