The emptying of the collection container (2) is carried out if the weight of the collection container exceeds a determined maximum limit value. With at least one spring (15), the collection container is supported, movable approximately vertically or tiltable. The movement is determined and the emptying is introduced with the exceeding of a determined movement value. The emptying time is controlled by an electrical timer, and the emptying is ended after the expiry of this time, by the switching off of a suction system (65, fig. 12). The collection container (2) has a supply pipeline (3) and a discharge line (4) for the excrement. The collection container is carried by a weighing unit.
