Reaction vessel comprises reaction chambers (6) each forming a suitable gas chamber and formed by a housing part. Each reaction chamber has a reservoir (7) and reaction regions (8, 15) for gas exchange. Each reservoir and reaction region are directly connected together in rows at predetermined equal divisions with each row extending in parallel to one another. An independent claim is also included for a vessel cover. Preferred Features: The reaction chambers have the same structure. The lower sides of the vessel bases of the reaction chambers are touched by a surface parallel to the contact surface (13).
