Use of hard wheat flour ( Triticum durum) for the preparation of human nutritious products. An independent claim is included for: (1) the human nutritious product comprising hard wheat flour; and (2) a mixture comprising hard wheat bran flour, an acidifier, a nutritional mineral supplement, and optionally wheat germ, gluten, ascorbic acid, malt, alpha-amylase, and hemicellulase.
