Dough comprises 15-39 wt.% of tender wheat flour or durum wheat flour, 17-42 wt.% of cereal flour obtained from wheat or legume flour, wetting agents such as liquid egg (8-18 wt.%), animal or vegetable milk (15-30 wt.%), virgin vegetable oil (0.5-3 wt.%) and 10-15 drops of liquid containing 180 drops of essential oil (0.028-0.042 wt.%), and 100 wt.% of complement constituted of spices (0.5-1 wt.%), salt (1 wt.%) and 1-5 wt.% of condiments containing mushroom powder or algae. An independent claim is included for preparing the dough comprises mixing the flours in a kneading machine and then liquid egg to prepare cocktail containing vegetable or cow's milk, where the oil is mixed and emulsified in a bowl, and adding the emulsified mixture in a kneader.
