PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrationproofing method of a body for a railway rolling stock capable of reducing vertical primary flexural vibration by minimizing modification of the body and the body for the railway rolling stock applied with the vibrationproofing method.;SOLUTION: A floor structural body 2 of the body for the railway rolling stock has a large number of transoms 6 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rolling stock, and a viscoelastic damper member 10 is mounted between the front and rear transoms 6. The viscoelastic damper member 10 connects a plurality of damper units in the longitudinal direction of the rolling stock. Each of the damper units has a sandwich structure laminating rigid plates 13, 15 through a viscoelastic material 17 by sandwiching the rigid plate (medium rigid plate) 15 shorter than the left and right rigid plates 13 on both ends between two pieces of the comparatively long rigid plates (left and right rigid plates) 13. The viscoelastic damper member 10 damps the flexural vibration in the vertical direction of the floor structural body 2 by extending and contracting by vertical vibration of the floor structural body 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
