PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control inclination of a carbody to certainly improve driving comfortability.;SOLUTION: This inclination control device 26 of the carbody 3 is furnished with an arithmetic processing part 28 to decide a target value of inclination of the carbody 3 and a working part 25 to incline the carbody 3. The arithmetic processing part 28 carries out data acquisition processing to acquire a non-travelling track data and arithmetic processing made of function deciding processing and target value deciding processing. An evaluation function as a function having the target value of inclination as a variable is decided in accordance with a scheduled travelling condition and the non-travelling track data in the function deciding processing. The target value is decided so that an integrated value of the evaluation function is included in a specified range in the target value deciding processing.
