PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To statically maintain a bogie frame horizontal in order to prevent the bogie frame from tilting around the center of an axle and having an adversary influence on a tractive device, an axle guard, a contact strip, or the like.;SOLUTION: A rolling stock body supporting spring is disposed apart from the center of the axle to be evenly balanced with an eccentric moment around the center of the axle. In other words, it is constituted so that the eccentric moment by mass of a device unsymmetrically and eccentrically installed with respect to the center of the axle can be absorbed by the bogie frame for a single axis bogie.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
