PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice cream producing apparatus omitting labor of stirring work, and producing and preserving ice cream with prescribed proper hardness according to a material.;SOLUTION: This ice cream producing apparatus has a material container 30 into which an ice cream material is charged, a stirring 32 which stirs the material 31 in the material container, a driving apparatus 40 which drives the stirring blade 32, a load detecting part 55 which detects load of the driving apparatus, and an initial temperature sensor 50 which detects the temperature of the material 31 or the material container 30. The apparatus comprises judging when producing (S3) ice cream, completion of production when the load detecting part 55 detects (S4) above prescribed load, memorizing (S6) a detected temperature of the initial temperature sensor 50 in an initial temperature memorizing part 53, and controlling (S7) a damper 20 based on the memorized initial temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
