PSOLUTION: This medical office work processor is provided with a storage part 5 for storing account data equipped with medical act relevant items and an item addition processing management master equipped with the medical act relevant items and items for which medical treatment fees can be requested simultaneously with the medical act relevant items and a processing part 4 for extracting the medical act relevant items which can be added to the account data from the item addition processing management master based on the respective medical act relevant items included in the account data, and for adding the extracted medical act relevant items to the account data.
