PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet rain gear held in a cylinder, capable of rapidly spreading through blowing when suddenly it rains, wearable from the head, lightened as much as possible, and easy to spread.;SOLUTION: This portable rain gear spreading at one blow is obtained by opening the front part of a cylindrical bag with a closed back end to make a blowing port, setting a sheet hanging to both the sides of the bag part, sticking and closing the back of the sheet and opening the front part and lower part to form the whole in a hood shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
