PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposoluble component-stabilized composition containing liposoluble vitamins and/or liposoluble plant component(s) having high stability with time and high in safety and environmental adaptability. PSOLUTION: The liposoluble component-stabilized composition contains particles with the liposoluble vitamins and/or liposoluble plant component(s) included in particles formed by an ionic sequestering amphipathic chitosan derivative having sequestering effect.
