The system has an alternator motor, an electric motor, a pulley system multiplying the force and rotation speed of the electric motor and two-way contactors adapted to the amperage. The alternator motor having high nominal rotation speed is utilized to drive the electric motor having low nominal rotation speed through the pulley system during a phase. Part of energy produced by the rotation of the alternator motor is sent to the electric motor for maintaining a self-supply loop during another phase.
