A light-heat gathering solar plate device (100) comprises: a frame support (102), at least one solar energy absorber (101) and a bottom plate (12) under the solar energy absorber (101). The frame support (102) made from high temperature resistant material contains a surround frame and a bottom plate of frame support (102). A porous support with at least one hole is mounted in the surround frame. Each solar energy absorber (101) is hollow shaped, made from upper-wide lower-narrow container wall (11), and arranged inside each hole of the porous support. Said container wall (11) of the solar energy absorber (101) is formed by an outer wall (111) and an inner wall (112), while the outer wall (111) is made from light-heat adsorption material, and the inner wall (112) is a reflective layer. The inner wall (112) can make the descending sunlight to generate inward and downward reflection inside the solar energy absorber (101) to generate light-heat gathering reaction. The bottom plate (12) of the solar energy absorber (101) is made from heat-light gathering material without light reflective layer.
