An assembling structure of a boot and a bearing of an intermediate shaft is provided to restrict side force of the bearing, and to decrease noise and wear by sliding and assembling a slot of the rubber boot with a projection of the bearing and adjusting the length of the bearing. An intermediate shaft is placed in a lower part of a steering column to transmit operational force of a steering wheel to a steering gear, and rotatably installed in a rubber boot(10) through a bearing(20). A hollow bearing hole(10a) is formed in the middle of the rubber boot, and slots(11) are formed in the bearing hole. Projections(21) are formed in the bearing, and combined with the slots of the rubber boot. The slot of the rubber boot is combined with the projection of the bearing by sliding. The bearing is formed corresponding to the bearing hole of the rubber boot, and the length of the bearing is varied. The bearing is moved in the bearing hole of the rubber boot, and combined with the intermediate shaft.
