A structure for assembling a rubber boot of an intermediate steering shaft is provided to reduce side force generated during an assembling process by supporting a driving shaft with constant force. A boot assembling structure of an intermediate steering shaft comprises a rubber boot(10) and a circular tube(20). The rubber boot(10) is provided at an outer peripheral surface of a driving shaft(30). A groove(11) is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the rubber boot(10). The circular tube(20) closely adheres to the groove(11) of the rubber boot(10) and the outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft(30). The circular tube(20) has a ring shaft and is formed therein with a hollow section(20a). The circular tube(20) is press-fitted between the driving shaft(30) and the groove(11) of the rubber boot(10).
