Using the ubiquitous gene pool system of one kind of ubiquitous network and its service providing method be arranged to enable user to share and no matter the time in unique network/place receptor gene information, real-time collecting cultivation/breeding information, on one optimization culture of the offer gathered information/breeding solution basis. One USN (ubiquitous Sensor Network) (180) is equipped with sensing/transmission border information multiple sensors (181-187) for a production place. One user terminal (70) receives and transmits border information to USN, receives/show solution information by border information. One gene pool server (30) receives border information from user terminal and provides solution information corresponding with the border information to user terminal. USN includes measurement/transmission border information RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) labels and reading device (160-1-160-3), transmission from RFID tags border information to user terminal.
