A method for manufacturing an air conditioner blower with an antimicrobial function surface-treated with metallic nano particles and nano clay is provided to remove bacteria and fungi by metallic nano particles and to level the surface of an impeller and a casing, to improve durability, and to shorten the film drying time by using nano clay. The method for manufacturing an air conditioner blower with an antimicrobial function surface-treated with metallic nano particles and nano clay comprises the steps of: mixing the metallic nano particles like Pt(Platinum), Au(Gold), Ag(Silver), Cu(Copper), and TiO2(Titanium Oxide) with the nano clay; blending the mixture with paints consisting of acryl and epoxy resin; and coating the surface of the blower with the mixture. The concentration of raw materials containing the metallic nano particles is 1,000~10,000ppm. The size of the metallic nano particle is less than 20nm. The nano particles of 1~10nm are used to increase sterilizing power. The final concentration of the raw material is 100~200ppm.
