Fitting device has lower flap part (11) such that no guidance mechanism is assigned to lower flap part, so that in mounted condition lower flap part is freely connected with the upper flap part (10). The upper flap part swivels under the opening strength of the spring mechanism (28) upward, so that the hand of the user holding the lower flap part is carried forward upward thereby the lower flap part swivels towards the back of the safe. The hinge is so designed and fitted at the flap part that in the wanted condition, the lower flap part is not pivoted away from the co-planar position in the direction of safe in the mounted condition. By opening the flap when the user pulls at the lower flap part, both the flap parts pull out a small piece in its co-planar position opposite the locking pressure of the spring mechanism till the spring mechanism reaches its dead point position.
