The invention relates to a device for the lateral adjustment of a window regulator for motor vehicles or similar. The inventive device comprises a screw which can be rotated in order to adjust the distance between the track of the window regulator and the lower part of the door. The aforementioned screw is surrounded at one end by a first through block which is solidly connected to the door of the vehicle and a second adjustment block comprising a tight thread or tightening of the inner thread, which remains fixed to the window regulator. In this way, the opposite end of the screw is housed in the track of the window regulator by means of threading. The invention can be used to adjust the window pane regulator very simply, at an extremely low production cost and using a very sturdy mechanism which enables the lateral distance of the window regulator assembly to be precisely adjusted.
