A workshop of production of flexible plastic material with the molding of the head on the skirt effected by the tools in continuous movement

A plant has three separate operating zones - the first to make the skirts of supple tubes (5); the second has a unit (30) for making plastic blanks, with dies (210) and matrices (240) for moulding them; and the third is designed for finishing the tubes. It has first (100) and second (300) transfer systems for moving the skirts from the first zone to the second and the tubes from the second to the third. It has first (100) and second (300) transfer systems for moving the skirts from the first zone to the second and the tubes from the second to the third. The first transfer system comprises a chain with mandrels (110) to receive the skirts from the first zone and moving them so that the axis of each skirt stays perpendicular to its trajectory. A third transfer system (10) moves the dies in a continuous movement synchronized with the first and second transfer systems. The second zone is equipped with loaders for fitting the tube skirts onto the dies and unloaders for removing them.
