The device has a plasticized tube (1) connected by an electrical split wire (2) divided into two by an insulating plate (3). A transformer (4), a capacitor (5), a potentiometer (6), and an electromagnet (7) with oscillating membranes (8, 12) are placed under the plate. The wire has a plug (19), a switch (13) and a variator (15). The electromagnet (7) is placed at the top of the device if night-time is required, and at the bottom connected to a reflective plate (16) like a nacelle if day-time is required.
