Time display device has a watch face with two separate windows (243,245), respectively providing a day-time hours display and a night-time hours display in conjunction with a day-time hours disc (239) and a night-time hours disc (241), each marked with 12 hours, with only one hours display visible at any time. AN Independent claim is made for the following: (a) a wrist watch with a time display device; and (b) a pocket watch with a time display device.
