PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-erasable black ink composition comprising a specific natural pigment and a specific solubilizing agent, giving good black color and easily erasable by washing even when mishandled to put on clothes.;SOLUTION: A water-erasable black ink composition comprises a cacao pigment and a gardenia blue pigment and has a composition comprising 1-40 mass% of a natural pigment prepared by compounding 45-65 mass% cacao pigment and 35-55 mass% gardenia blue pigment; 5-40 mass% at least one solubilizing agent selected from the group consisting of starches, sugar and glycols; and the rest practically comprising an aqueous medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
