PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set two kinds of data sets which are not in reserved relation each other and are different each other when a power is supplied, when memory cells are arrayed.;SOLUTION: The associative memory device is provided with an SRAM memory cell comprised of two inverters in which input and output are connected each other, and associative memories S1 to S4 having a matching circuit for detecting matching between data stored in the SRAM memory cell and retrieved data. Time to start supplying operation voltages VDDa, VDDb, VDDc by three operation voltage supply lines 1, 2, 3 can be controlled by two sequences.
