PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic effect prediction method for an oxygen therapy and an execution supporting method for the oxygen therapy, capable of easily identifying a patient of CHF (Chronic Heart Failure) complicated by CSR (Cheyne-Stokes Respiration syndrome) to whom the oxygen therapy is effective and the patient of CHF complicated by CSR to whom it is not effective without the need of actually executing the oxygen therapy and thus efficiently executing the oxygen therapy to the patient of CHF complicated by CSR truly needing the oxygen therapy. PSOLUTION: A prescribed feature point is extracted from electrocardiographic waveforms at the time of central sleep apnea or at the time of central hypopnea of the CHF patient, and the therapeutic effect of the oxygen therapy to the patient is predicted corresponding to the result.
