PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the home oxygen therapy over time more adequately. PSOLUTION: In the home oxygen therapy management device 130, a data analyzer 133 acquires information on measured values of oxygen saturation of arterial blood and oxygen flow rate values during high concentration oxygen supply and creates analysis information including a distribution chart 143b of the oxygen saturation of arterial blood on the basis of the acquired information. Marks 144a-144e which indicate the measured values of oxygen saturation of arterial blood for respective measurement times are plotted in the distribution chart 143b. The marks 144a-144e are plotted so that the oxygen flow rate values at the measurement times and dates of the measured values of oxygen saturation of arterial blood can be recognized.
